Welcome to Voice Venture AI. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all School Districts, authorized users, and visitors.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Voice Venture AI suite of applications.
  • "District" refers to the educational institution purchasing the license.
  • "Authorized User" refers to employees or agents of the District (e.g., teachers, admins) granted access.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Voice Venture AI grants the District a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform for educational and administrative purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to harass, bully, or violate the rights of others.
  • Input data that they do not have the legal right to possess or process.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform.
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Intellectual Property

The District retains ownership of all data input into the system ("Customer Data"). Voice Venture AI retains ownership of the Platform, including all code, algorithms, and AI models utilized to process the data.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

The Platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate text, summaries, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, the District acknowledges that AI may occasionally produce errors ("hallucinations"). It is the professional responsibility of the Authorized User to review and verify all AI-generated content before finalizing it in official records (e.g., IEPs).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Venture AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the Platform will cease, and data will be handled in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
