SMS Service Agreement
Voice Venture AI operates student information and documentation services on behalf of your child's school district. As part of these services, your school district may utilize our automated platform to send SMS notifications to parents and guardians regarding critical student services, IEP updates, meeting schedules, and service log changes.
Please review the detailed terms of service below. Enrollment and authorization are processed through the school district's annual student registration and enrollment platform.
Who Sends Messages
Voice Venture AI on behalf of your child's school district
We operate as a FERPA-compliant sub-processor and service provider supporting your local school district.
Message Types
IEP updates, meeting reminders, service log notifications
Crucial communications relating to special education plans, scheduled reviews, and service coordination logs.
Frequency
Varies based on school activity
Message frequency is strictly based on direct student activity, IEP schedules, and school personnel coordination.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time
Text STOP to opt-out. You will receive one final confirmation SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
