AI for Educators: How to Become AI Proficient in Two Days
About This Course
AI skills are no longer optional—they are key to solving administrative burnout.
If you feel overwhelmed by the rapid advancement of technology and are spending hours every week on lesson planning, grading, and paperwork, this course is your starting point. Designed specifically for K-12 educators, this live, instructor-led workshop is 100% hands-on.
On Day 1, we don’t just talk about AI; we actively set up your ChatGPT or Gemini workspace. You will configure your AI’s ‘memory,’ set up custom instructions tailored to your specific classroom, lock down your privacy settings, and learn how to brainstorm using Voice Mode.
On Day 2, we dive into actual creation. You will use ChatGPT and Google Gemini to build lesson plans, differentiate reading materials for Special Education, and grade sample essays. Crucially, you will learn the art of ‘pushing back’ on the AI— iterative prompting techniques to refine and perfect the AI’s output so it sounds exactly like you.
Whether you are a General Education teacher looking to streamline grading, or a Special Education teacher needing support with differentiated instruction, you will leave this course with your AI tools fully configured and ready to use the very next day.

About This Course
The current momentum of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies shows no signs of slowing down. Yet, nearly 58% of K-12 teachers have yet to receive any formal training on AI. Teachers are spending up to 40% of their time—or an average of 15 to 20 hours per week—on administrative tasks, grading, and lesson planning. When educators use AI effectively, they can save an average of 5.9 hours weekly.
This live, highly interactive course is designed specifically for K-12 educators. We demystify the technology, starting with the fundamental questions: What is AI? and What are AI Agents? Unlike theoretical webinars, this course is 100% hands-on.
